Presenting the Celestial Wayfinder, a project born out of the desire to enhance connectivity and navigation in scenarios where traditional communication methods prove impractical. The Celestial Wayfinder is an ESP32-based device that facilitates the exchange of location-tagged messages with nearby friends, providing a straightforward solution for staying connected in unconventional situations.

Version 2 of the Degen Beacons made their debut at Alchemy 2024! Listed below are all the new features:

• Better power circuit. Hot-swappable battery and simpler on/off switch. Should consistently turn on as well.
• Better compass with tilt compensation.
• Bigger screen and capability to add many more software features in the future.
• Better antennas for better GPS signals and no more worries about antennas falling off the device.
• Likely more reliable hardware, as much less of the beacon needs to be assembled by hand.
